I'm realizing now, looking back at my last 2 posts, that I really recycle the same leg position for standing poses a lot. I'll have to work on that, right after I work on my relationship with God, and my drinking problem.

I really think I'm having a problem over inking things. Specifically, adding ink lines all over the place for no reason when I don't know how to draw what I'm trying to draw. For example, I have no idea what a poncho looks like, so I threw random lines everywhere. I should have researched that shit, but I'm too impatient. I don't think his face is very readable either. Fuck it, it's just a sketch.

Man, I'm fucking stoked to have this blog! I have high hopes, what with at least 3 contributors thus far. I just hope I can pull my weight.

Here's my innaugural post, my long neglected "Ghost Detective." I'm going to try not to rag on my own work as much here as I do everywhere else, but I will point out that I should have referenced the hand holding the cigarette, and I think his arms are too long. I'm also not entirely sure the feet are in proper perspective. Enough bitching! This group blog shit is going to rock asses! It's going to rock MY asses! BOTH OF THEM!

So I was revisiting some of my redesign concepts for the main Bombunist website today. One of the things I had sketched out was a profile page with caricatures of everyone as quasi-soviet characters. This is supposed to be Geoff as a cosmonaut.
