Munny

So Margaret got me a Munny for my birthday and I've been trying to figure out what to do with it. So far, the image above is my only real idea.

If those things retailed for a fair price, like $5.95, I'd buy them in bulk. I think they'd just be too much fun to decorate. As it is, they're WAAAY too expensive to be worth it. I'm jealous you have one, post pictures of whatever you do.

I like the conquistador idea, but I forsee making the helmet as an obstacle.

Even though I got mine as a gift, I don't really see the cost as unjustified. Its not only a toy, but the decorating is something I'll have fun doing, so I'd count it as an entertainment expense as well. Now paints and shit, that's what bug me.

The helmet will be tough, right now I'm planning on working it with some wire form and super sculpey. I still haven't figured out the best way to paint the sucker. Since I'm not using most of the random props he came with (A bomb, a cowboy hat, a bottle and a spoon.) I'm using those as test pieces. Here is one of them done up with acrylics:
